An internship at The Greenbrier Sporting Club will provide you with more than fine-dining restaurant experience. The Club hosts a variety of special events, both on and off property, including weddings, private parties, family reunions and business functions.
“The Sporting Club is small enough for hands-on time, but large enough for a wide range of experiences—you won’t find this mix in many places.”

Internships in Food Service Management
Great restaurants do not stop in the kitchen. Personalized service and customized attention are crucial to a great dining experience. The Greenbrier Sporting Club provides a Food Service Management student the chance to learn everything from service in a high-end restaurant to catering all sorts of events and the operations of a Golf Course Beverage Cart and Pool Cafe.
The Sporting Club is small enough for hands-on time, but large enough for a wide range of experiences—you won’t find this mix in many places. Food service management involves learning the intricacies of budgeting, scheduling and, of course, great customer service, all in a beautiful, world-famous setting.
